Most clients find they already have everything required. We've built the platform to work on standard business hardware without specialized equipment. You don't need the latest devices, just reasonably current technology.
Browser Compatibility
- Chrome versions released within the past 18 months work best
- Edge provides identical functionality on Windows devices
- Firefox users should stay within 12 months of current release
- Safari works well on macOS Catalina and newer systems
- Mobile browsers need JavaScript and cookies enabled
Network Requirements
- Minimum 5 Mbps download speed for smooth operation
- Upload speeds of 2 Mbps handle document submissions
- Wired connections provide most stable experience
- 4G LTE mobile data works for on-the-go access
- VPN connections are supported and don't affect performance
Security Features
- Two-factor authentication requires mobile device or email access
- Session timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity
- Encrypted connections mandatory (TLS 1.2 minimum)
- Biometric login available on supported mobile devices
- IP restrictions can be configured for business accounts
File Management
- Document uploads support PDF, DOC, XLS formats up to 25MB
- Image files accepted as JPG, PNG, or GIF (10MB limit)
